Cancellation Policy
No-Shows: 100% of the amount of the reservation, charged on the credit card.
Early Cancellation: Cancellation prior to 2 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival to the hotel, 18€ by direct charge on the credit card. Cancellations within 2 days before the date of arrival to the hotel, 1 night charge on the credit card.

Regarding the relationship with the portal, it gives you the possibility to book rooms at the selected hotel through the website, but does not offer any hotel services under their responsibility.
The credit card details are required in order to guarantee the reservation. The payment of the same shall become effective directly in the chosen hotel, just in case of cancellations or no-shows, we will proceed to cancel the reservation and will charge what is set in the conditions of the price.
Bids shall be valid only as long as they are accessible to the service recipients.
